Step out into history at the Museum of Archaeology, Paleontology & Science!
Bringing Culture, Education, Research, Entertainment, and Excitement to the Greater Tampa Bay Area
MAPS is a family-oriented interactive museum displaying archaeological artifacts from Egypt, Greece, Rome, Africa, and the Americas.
We are proud to say that we hold the largest collection of Pre-Columbian artifacts in North America! Other exhibits include dinosaur bones, rocks and minerals, and marine archaeology.
Hours & Admission:
Saturday Self-Guided Exploration: 10 am - 2 pm
Online registration is encouraged, walk-ins are welcome.
Adults: $15
Seniors: $10
Children (ages 3-12): $10
Sunday Docent-led Tour: 3 pm - 5 pm
Online registration only. Please register before noon on the day of the tour.
Adults $20
Seniors: $15
Children (ages 3-12): $15
Group and School Programs and Tours are available on Mondays and Fridays, registration is required. Contact us for more information.
